How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Items purchased in our store in Anaheim, CA are available for exchange, refund or store credit. ALL returns in store MUST be in new condition and not used and in original packaging. ALL ONLINE AND SALE ITEMS - SALES ARE FINAL - NO returns or refunds.

If you want to contact us to discuss options, please give us a call. If you buy a product on our website, make sure you want this product. All products are subject to a 25% restocking fee if it is returned in original packaging and is new condition unused.

If it is not returned in original packaging or is damaged, we may assess a 50% restocking fee. If any products are damaged due to mis-use, you will not get any credit back and we will return the product to you. If you have not exhausted possible warranty claims, you will only get store credit less restocking fee.

Options may be an exchange, store credit or refund less restocking. At the sole discretion of management. Original sales receipt must accompany returns. All returns must have a return authorization before we accept them. Please contact us at or call 714-744-0266, ask for returns department.

All items must be returned in the same condition as sold. Refund will be given for the purchase amount, less restocking fee, less any shipping costs. Exchange or store credit will be immediate, refund will only be back on original payment method, and could take up to 3 weeks to process refund.

Purchaser is responsible for any costs to get the item back to our store. It is not our responsibility if item is damaged in transit back to our store so make sure you insure item being shipped back. Returns will only be allowed within 7 days of purchase date.

Damaged Items Policy:

If you receive an item that is physically damaged in shipping, take pictures of the damaged box and refuse item with shipper and they will send it back to us to make a claim. Send us the pictures and reference your order.

If you accept the item from the shipper, you are taking responsibility that the item is in good condition. If item is damaged after you unpack the item, please take pictures and contact us immediate. Most items need to be assembled by a professional builder and could void warranties if not assembled properly.
