Great Purchase Experience	April 10, 2017

I was looking for months to purchase this specific e-bike from the USA as there were no Canadian retailers. I called Bikecraze and immediately was given detailed information on the bike and how the transaction would work on a cross-border purchase. I worked with staff and on-line form to make the transaction as painless as possible. The only problem I had was with my own Mastercard (no fault of Bikecraze)). Billing information must be exactly what the cardholder's account depicts (ie: capital letters, spacing, exact phone numbers on file with proper punctuation). I had to call Mastercard to help me fill in the online form so it would get accepted, and it worked. The shipping price was reasonable and the bikes shipped quickly. I decided to ship to a border crossing to drive them across myself. The bike's were on a pallet and wrapped well. The bikes were exactly what I ordered. I would highly recommend Bikecraze for both local and cross-border shoppers.
