In-store sales (Anaheim Location Only): We offer 10% off all products in our local store, specify at purchase BIKE10. Not available for order outs, special order or orders on our website.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN:
Shipping - Most (99%) of all products that are shipped from our store in Anaheim, CA and those shipped from our preferred vendors and distributors will arrive without any sign of shipping damage and will be in perfect condition. Almost all products with value over $200 are shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground service and are also fully insured for the invoice value.
In the rare event that you receive packages that are damaged or show damage, please let driver know to document the damages. If the packages are damage or parts may be missing, please refuse receipt of the product and contact us immediately. Please send us pictures and details of the damage. If the product is damaged, please allow Bikecraze time to resolve the extent of damage and determine fault. We will do everything within our power to resolve any issues as quickly as possible... if damaged goods are refused or returned, please allow a reasonable time for us to get the products back to determine a resolution.
HOW TO GET A BUILT BIKE SHIPPED ACROSS COUNTRY:
Are you interested in products that are marked "LOCAL PICKUP ONLY" or have to be "BUILT AND PICKED UP IN STORE"? We may have a solution for you if you can not make arrangements to either have someone pickup on your behalf of pick-up yourself in-store. Some customers have made arrangements to have the product picked up built in-store by contacting services like uship.com or some service that can pickup products and safely deliver to your door. However, you are completely responsible for any damage in shipping. Products are picked-up by drivers and the driver signs on your behalf the products perfect condition.
